De folder van het symposium kun je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanpraaginstituut.nl\/vpi_pdf\/folder_sympo_cz-palliatieve zorg.pdf\">hier<\/a> downloaden. Het symposium vindt plaats op <strong>15 juni 2023\u00a0van 13.30-18.00<\/strong> uur. Locatie is: <strong>Leerhotel Het Klooster, Amersfoort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De <strong>kosten<\/strong> voor het symposium bedragen \u20ac87,50 pp. Leden van de V&amp;VN, afdeling complementaire zorg kunnen na afloop \u20ac15,00 korting declareren bij de afdeling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accreditatie<\/strong> wordt aangevraagd bij het Kwaliteitsregister V&amp;V:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul_type_2\">\n<li>deskundigheidsgebied complementaire zorg,<\/li>\n<li>deskundigheidsgebied palliatieve zorg,<\/li>\n<li>deskundigheidsgebied oncologie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je kunt je aanmelden middels het onderstaande formulier.
